  • Retreats: Our retreats offer yoga, wellness activities, emotional healing workshops, and other services. Prices and schedules for these services are subject to change. Details of each retreat will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
  • Health & Wellness: Participation in physical activities like yoga, hiking, and temazcal ceremonies may involve physical exertion. You agree that you are physically fit and capable of participating. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider before participating in any physical activities.
3. Booking and Payment
  • Booking Process: To reserve your spot at any of our retreats, you must complete the booking process on the website or through direct communication with our team.
  • Payment: To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required in advance. The remaining balance is due before the start of the retreat. Payment can be made via the following methods:

  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made 1 month or more before the retreat will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made within 1 month of the retreat are non-refundable. Any specific terms or conditions for cancellations will be outlined in the retreat details.
4. Code of Conduct
  • Respect and Responsibility: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and responsible manner during all aspects of the retreat experience. Harassment, violence, or any behavior that disrupts the experience of others will not be tolerated.
  • Substance Use: The use of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances during retreats is strictly prohibited, unless specified in the context of ceremonial activities like cacao or temazcal ceremonies.
5. Liability
  • Release of Liability for Activities: You understand that participating in physical activities like yoga, hiking, temazcal ceremonies, and other adventure or wellness activities involves certain risks. By attending our retreats, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree to release Gentle Warriors from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in these services or activities.
  • Damage to Property: Gentle Warriors is not responsible for any damages to hotel rooms, personal belongings, or other property (such as transport vehicles, equipment, or other accommodations) that may occur during the retreat. You are solely responsible for any damages or losses incurred to these properties during your stay. It is your responsibility to handle your personal belongings with care and ensure the proper use of hotel rooms, transport vehicles, and other services.
